About

I began Blonde & Broke in December 2015 as a creative outlet for my love of fashion, and a project to help gain experience in marketing and fashion merchandising (my major).

I love to shop at thrift stores and yard sales and combine my finds with items from retail stores. Some of my favorite stores include H&M, Old Navy, Forever 21, ASOS, Nordstrom, and Kate Spade. 

I'm nineteen and currently living in Alabama. I'm majoring in Family & Consumer Sciences with a minor in Marketing and a concentration in Fashion Merchandising. My dream is to be the lead merchandiser for a big-name brand or run my blog full-time some day. My style rides is somewhere between casual + comfort and colorful + feminine. I enjoy writing, drawing/painting, reading, traveling (when I have time or $$$), eating, and spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family. I also work at Old Navy.
